When you send an enquiry we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, travel dates, number of guests, what you are interested in, and your message.

If you book, our direct booking provider collects the information needed to take and confirm your reservation. We do not store payment card details on this website.

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to look after your stay. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

Enquiries submitted through this site are stored in a private database that is not readable from the public website. Access is limited to the owners and to the service providers we use to run the site and take bookings.

We share information only where it is needed to deliver your stay — for example, passing arrival details to our housekeeper, or your booking details to our booking provider. We may also share information where the law requires it.

Enquiries are kept while they are useful for answering you and for our own records of bookings and guest history. If you would like your details removed, ask us and we will remove them.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Any cookies present are those needed for the site itself to work.
