Immerse is booked as an entire property, never by the room. What you see is the whole house, the whole twenty acres, and nobody else.
Nightly rates
Exclusive use of the whole house.
Rates are per person, per night, based on four guests enjoying exclusive use of the entire property. Additional guests are $100 per person, per night, to a maximum of eight. A three-night minimum applies year-round.

- Exclusive use
- The entire four-bedroom house and twenty private acres. Only ever one booking at a time.
- On arrival
- Island sparkling on ice, local sourdough, milk and butter, coffee and tea, island olive oil, pantry basics, a spirits library with mixers, island wines and ales.
- In the house
- Australian linen, beach towels, robes and slippers, island skincare, split wood and kindling, complimentary wifi and Netflix.
- The land
- Walking access to the bay below and the Cape Gantheaume Conservation Park at the boundary.
